You have 45 minutes to complete the task. Use the timer to set a time limit for the task.

You should have access to LexisLibrary and Westlaw while doing the legal drafting, but there is not enough time to do any significant research.

Your answer should be written in Microsoft Word using MS Office Professional 2010 or on an electronic form or by hand, depending on the task.

You will be able to print any electronic forms or precedent documents by clicking on the ‘Print’ button above. You can also save the documents on your computer in PDF format by clicking on the ‘Download PDF File’ button, and in some tasks, in Word format by clicking on the ‘Download Word File’ button, and complete the document online. Save the document with your answer on your computer for future reference.
